Salsa Verde

Charred tomatillos, green chile, and lime — bright, tangy, dangerously scoopable.

Mild heat

Tomatillos get charred until they blister and slump, then blended with green chile, garlic, and a serious squeeze of lime. Where Original is smoky and deep, Verde is sharp and green — the kind of bright that wakes a plate up.
